Why I Fight for the Injured
I know what it’s like to be in an accident and feel completely lost.
When I was in law school, I was driving my motorcycle on Jackson Avenue in New Orleans, heading toward Tchoupitoulas Street. The sun was still out, traffic was steady, and I was following the rules of the road. But in an instant, everything changed.
As I approached an intersection, a car ran a stop sign at full speed, cutting directly into my path. There was no time to react. No time to stop. I slammed into the side of the car, which knocked my helmet off and launched me over the vehicle, hitting the pavement hard.
The pain was immediate and overwhelming. My body was battered—broken bones, torn muscles, numerous lacerations, and a concussion that left me dazed and disoriented. My motorcycle was destroyed. Lying there in the middle of the street, I knew my life had just taken a major turn.
But the worst part wasn’t the crash—it was what came after.
The Aftermath:

Instead, I got the runaround.

Born and raised in New Orleans, I built my legal career in the courtroom. After graduating from Loyola University College of Law, I served as a law clerk, Assistant District Attorney, and a civil trial attorney, gaining the experience and toughness I bring to every personal injury case. I’m licensed to practice law in the state of Louisiana, as well as in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana and the Southern District of Texas.
From 2022 – 2025, I was honored as Top 40 Under 40 Trial by National Trial Lawyers. But, I believe that awards don’t matter—results do.
